These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 8i88 platform, including the website at 8i88.bio, all associated game products, betting services, bonus programmes and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8i88 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 8i88, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms and any additional rules applicable to specific products or promotions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. 8i88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 will be suspended immediately, all bets placed by that account voided, and any remaining balance returned net of any bonuses already credited.

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not acting as an agent for a third party, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion on 8i88 or any other gambling platform. If you are aware that you have a gambling problem and are subject to a self-exclusion, you must not register or attempt to use 8i88.

8i88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You must use a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payment accounts — accounts held in another person's name — are not permitted. If a third-party account is used, 8i88 reserves the right to void any winnings associated with deposits from that account and to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

The minimum deposit on 8i88 is ৳100 for most accepted payment methods. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per transaction and per day, and may vary by payment method and account status. Current limits are displayed in your account cashier after login. 8i88 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have activated deposit limit tools through responsible gaming settings may have lower effective limits that take precedence over standard cashier limits.

Withdrawals on 8i88 are processed back to the same mobile wallet account used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to a different payment account may only be approved following additional verification. 8i88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by automated risk monitoring. Processing times are typically within minutes for verified accounts, but may take longer during high volume periods or where additional checks are required.

All 8i88 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8i88 does not charge deposit fees for mobile banking transfers. Any fees imposed by your mobile banking provider are outside 8i88's control and are not covered by 8i88. The Platform operates exclusively in BDT — no currency conversion is offered or required.

8i88 provides responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from account settings without requiring contact with customer support. Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account pause of 24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (permanent or fixed-term account closure). Requests to decrease a deposit limit or activate a cooling-off period take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour waiting period, during which the existing lower limit remains in force.

A player who self-excludes from 8i88 agrees not to attempt to open a new account, use a third party's account, or circumvent the self-exclusion in any way during the exclusion period. 8i88 takes reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusions, including blocking account creation attempts from the same device and payment method. Any account opened during an active self-exclusion period will be closed immediately upon detection, with net deposits returned and any winnings forfeited.

8i88 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) 8i88 suspects fraudulent, collusive or dishonest activity; (c) a player's betting patterns suggest professional arbitrage or exploitation of pricing errors; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require it; or (e) 8i88 determines in good faith that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the player's wellbeing. Where an account is closed other than for Terms violations, the net balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account.

All content on the 8i88 Platform — including website design, user interface elements, graphics, logos, text, software code, game integrations, promotional materials and brand assets — is the intellectual property of 8i88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

You may not use 8i88's name, logo, brand assets or any other intellectual property for any commercial purpose, including in advertising, unauthorised affiliate marketing, or social media content that could mislead others about 8i88's products or services. Unauthorised use of 8i88's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8i88 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and subsequent account use, including name, date of birth, mobile number, payment account details, and transaction history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, fulfil responsible gaming obligations, and communicate with you about your account and promotions. 8i88 does not sell personal data to third parties. 8i88 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, maintain your session, remember preferences, and conduct fraud and security monitoring. By using the Platform you consent to the use of these technologies in accordance with the 8i88 Privacy Policy.
